Hi I’m Natalie, Owner of Nat-Ural Holistics. I came across reflexology whilst looking for ways to improve my own health conditions, and I’ve not looked back.
I decided to complete a Level 3 Reflexology qualification so I could treat other people and help them, in the way I have been helped. I’m fascinated at how our bodies respond to our lifestyle and surroundings, and how reflexology can support with the effects of this. I love my work as a reflexologist, and find it very rewarding. I also offer other treatment options such as Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy Massage & Facial Massage. I am proud to be a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), and I am fully insured.
I have a very calming, lovely, purpose built treatment room in Dauntsey (near Chippenham, Royal Wootten Bassett & Swindon, SN15)
Reflexology works in a very similar way to acupuncture by using the body’s meridians and stimulating pressure points, or reflex points, in the feet. Just without the needles! We can access all of the body’s organs, structures and systems through the feet; they act as a map of the body.
By pressing on a reflex point it triggers an effect in the body, it also helps us to understand where there is blocked energy.
As the therapist, I feel different texture as I work on your feet such as bubble wrap, sponginess or perhaps crystals; these all indicate blocked energy. You may feel different sensations which also indicate blockages.
A reflexology treatment starts with a short medical consultation, from the information received during this, we can agree a treatment plan. Once you’re comfortable on the couch, I will carry out a foot reading, looking for indicators and feedback from your body.
We then start the treatment by going through a relaxation routine, including opening the zones within the body, ready to receive the treatment. I then work through all areas of the body following a routine, paying attention and taking note of any sensations that either you or myself notice.
I can then come back to these points at the end of the treatment to check the blockage has released or to work on the point some more if it’s still there. We then finish the treatment with closing the zones, and discussing areas of feedback, and future treatments.

Indian Head Massage, also known as Champissage has its roots set in the ancient tradition of Ayurvedic medicine originating in India. It involves massage of the head, shoulders, neck and face with the purpose of manipulating energy channels called Chakras. The effect is to clear blockages in these Chakras that can cause a build-up of negative energy and illness.
After a brief medical consultation, you will be invited to remove any top layers of clothing (excluding underwear) and place a towel around you.
Once seated comfortably, a non-scented essential oil will be applied to your neck, back, shoulders and upper arms. A series of massage techniques will be used to treat the tissues in these areas, breaking down any blockages and removing toxins.
We will then move onto treating the head and face, with deeply relaxing massage, to improve circulation and relieve any stress. We complete the session with the re-balancing of chakra’s.

Aromatherapy works by combining the therapeutic properties of essential oils with the healing power of touch. When inhaled, essential oil molecules interact with the limbic system – the part of the brain connected to emotion, memory and nervous system regulation. When applied through massage, they are absorbed gently through the skin, supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Aromatherapy massage is not about strong scents or quick fixes. It is a personalised treatment designed to support your body’s natural ability to restore balance. Each blend is carefully chosen based on how you are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally on the day of your appointment. Aromatherapy massage is best viewed as supportive care – gentle, consistent sessions often bring the most noticeable and lasting results.
Your treatment begins with a short consultation to explore how you have been feeling – your sleep, stress levels, energy, tension and overall wellbeing. From this, a bespoke essential oil blend is selected specifically for you.
Once you are comfortable on the heated massage couch, the massage will begin, starting on your back, shoulders, hips, moving onto legs, before turning over, to do arms, and finishing with neck, face & scalp.
The massage itself is slow, flowing and unhurried, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to soften. The pressure and focus areas are adapted to your needs on the day. The aim is not to ‘fix’ in one session, but to create a safe, calming space where your body can begin to rebalance and reset.

Holistic Facial Massage works by combining advanced facial massage techniques with a whole-body approach to wellbeing. The face, jaw, neck and scalp hold a surprising amount of tension, often linked to stress and emotional load. By releasing this tension, the nervous system is encouraged to relax, circulation improves, and the skin is supported to function at its best.
This treatment focuses not only on the skin’s appearance but on how you feel overall. It is as much about calming the mind as it is about enhancing natural radiance.
Your treatment begins with a consultation to understand your skin concerns, lifestyle and overall wellbeing. Natural products are selected to suit your skin type.
The treatment includes gentle cleansing, natural toning, hot steam cloths, bamboo exfoliation, a deep cleansing clay mask drawing any remaining impurities to the surface, and ends with deeply relaxing facial massage.
The facial massage includes neck, shoulders and scalp to release built-up tension. Movements are slow and rhythmic, creating a deeply nurturing experience. You leave not only with refreshed skin, but with a greater sense of calm and balance.

If you are currently in your first trimester of pregnancy, taking antibiotics or have DVT, then it is advisable to wait, but please get in touch to discuss your condition, and make a treatment plan for the future.
How to book an appointment?
Appointments can be made through the online booking system or by calling/messaging/using the get in touch section on the website.
I have a Health Cash Plan or private insurance.
You may be able to claim the cost of your treatment back from your provider. All treatment must be paid for at the time, and a receipt will be provided to assist with your claim.
Why do I need a consultation during my initial appointment?
So we can discuss any issues you are currently experiencing, and have experienced in the past, and make a treatment plan, so that you achieve the most from your treatment.
Does reflexology tickle?
No, a firm pressure is used during the treatment, so even the most ticklish person can enjoy it.
What am I able to do after a treatment?
You are likely to feel very relaxed and possibly sleepy following a treatment, so try and maximise these benefits by having a quiet period afterwards. Be sure to drink plenty and stay hydrated whilst you flush out any toxins released during your treatment.
How many treatments will I need?
Most people will feel the benefits of reflexology after their first treatment. However, chronic conditions such as stress, sleep disorders and pain management would benefit from further treatments. This will be discussed and agreed with you during your consultation.
